The Parlour is set to open its third location later this month in Henderson. Local Chef and Restaurateur Antonio Nuñez confirmed his new restaurant, located on the corner of W Horizon Ridge Pkwy and S Valle Verde Dr at the former Kitchen Table site, will open to the public on October 22. Grand opening attendees can expect a ribbon cutting, chef’s specials, live entertainment and sponsored cocktails.

“It’s truly a full-circle moment returning to the original concept that I opened over a decade ago,” said Owner and Executive Chef Antonio Nuñez in a statement. “As a family owned and operated small business, it’s a huge blessing to be able to open a third location alongside my sons Alec Nuñez and Robert Nuñez. My goal is to set my kids up for generational success all while living out my passion and dedication to the local community whom I owe everything to.”

The Parlour consists of 3,200 square feet of indoor-outdoor space complete with canopied outdoor cabanas, counter seating and grab and go options. Savory menu items include a Breakfast Wellington made with a filet mignon en croûte and foie gras and a King Crab Eggs Benedict made with butter-poached Alaskan king crab in a house-made hollandaise. Sweet menu items include Japanese Tiramisu Pancakes made with vanilla mascarpone and coffee infused maple syrup and a Monkey Bread Loaf made with brown sugar, cinnamon pastry and topped with a crunchy streusel. A full bar featuring handcrafted cocktails, boozy caffeinated beverages and bottomless libations are also available to those 21+.

    The Parlour Henderson is located at 1716 W Horizon Ridge Pkwy #100, Henderson, NV 89012. Hours of operation are Monday-Wednesday from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., Thursday-Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. (closed between 3 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.) and Saturday-Sunday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. (closed between 4 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.).
