Koto Asian Bistro to Offer Sushi, Boba Tea, and More in Coconut Creek

Winston Park Center , the retail center on the northwest corner of Lyons Road and Winston Park Blvd in Coconut Creek , will soon be adding a new restaurant offering food from Japanese and other Asian cuisines. A recently submitted plan review shows Koto Asian Bistro opening in the retail center, at 5463 Lyons Road .

“We actually just got the key,” Casey , an owner of the restaurant, told What Now on Wednesday. As the location is currently entering renovations, no opening date has yet been released.

“The menu is of an Asian-style bistro,” said Casey. “Boba drinks, a little sushi, some hibachi-style stir fry, and ramen.”

Sounds good to us! Details on the space aren’t available yet, although it appears to be a comfortable size (the previous occupant, also a restaurant, had a max occupancy of 152).
