“With National Couples Day happening in the month of August, we wanted to put something together to appeal to those looking for an intimate wedding and celebration, that was also budget-friendly,” explains Rachael Haisten , the property’s Social Events Sales Manager.
Available for a limited time only during the month of August 2024, the package includes an intimate ceremony in the stunning events space of the Hotel, and the hosting of up to ten guests. With every important detail considered, the offer also has built-in a one-hour session by the Hotel’s photographer, Kirsten Holliday .
“When putting this experience together, we wanted to take all the stress out of the planning, by having everything ready and in place for the perfect ceremony, including the booking the flowers, registrant and photographer, as well as the venue of course,” explains Rachael.
The Elopement Experience at Four Seasons Hotel Nashville has considered every important aspect of the special day, and includes:
- Wedding ceremony for up to 10 guests (plus the wedding couple)
- Certified officiant for ceremony and marriage license
- Bouquet and boutonniere from local florist
- One hour photography session
- Light reception for up to 10 guests with an open bar and passed appetizers for one hour
- One night stay in a suite for the newlyweds
- Congratulatory amenity placed in the suite
- Overnight parking for one vehicle
- Late check-out until 2:00 pm (based on availability)
To further customize the experience, optional upgrades are available for an additional fee, including an enhanced reception with food and beverage offerings.
