Dutch Bros Coffee is planning to build a new location in South Nashville at 5451 Nolensville Pike , according to recent permits.

The spot will be a new build on the property, according to the permits. Construction plans include a new restaurant with drive-thru and walk-in service.

Dutch Bros Coffee began in Oregon in 1992 and it has since grown to more than 800 coffee shops across 17 states and territories. The coffee chain used to franchise its locations, but it pulled back to only opening company-owned stores in 2017.

The coffee chain is known for its unique coffee selection, including the Golden Eagle, which is a vanilla and caramel breve with caramel drizzle. It also offers protein lattes, blended freezes and its famous Rebel energy drink.

Currently, no timeline has been released regarding construction and opening of the new spot. Stay tuned for updates on this location.
