Local fans of fresh, elegant charcuterie boards can now dig into the graze-style dining trend at Graze Craze. Now open in North Corona at 420 N. Main St., #103, in the Metro at Main shopping center, the 976-square-foot store is operated by franchise owners Ryan Miller and Presh Cox.

Graze Craze has rapidly become the premier creator of graze-style charcuterie arrangements, each meticulously handcrafted by a team of expert Grazologists. These artisans skillfully design food displays that blend a variety of flavors, colors and textures for the ultimate dining experience. Each grazing spread features a collection of high-quality ingredients, including premium meats and cheeses, fresh fruits, crisp veggies and more, accompanied by house-made sauces, dips and jams.

Miller and Cox have a combined 66 years of experience in the food-and-beverage industry, where they’ve worked together as colleagues and friends. From co-workers to business partners, the dynamic duo has spent over 11 years opening multiple franchises together, including launching three restaurants in less than a year at one point.

“We’re excited to bring fresh and convenient charcuterie options to our community,” said Miller in a statement. “Our mission is to create wonderful stories through food, and we love that our boards help friends and family gather to do just that.”

Graze Craze boards cater to every lifestyle, dietary preference and palate. The menu incorporates a wide range of flavors, from the fan-favorite Gone Grazey board, a balanced mix of cured meats, premium cheeses, crackers, fresh produce, nuts and more, to the Vegegrazian, a medley of fruits and vegetables for those embracing a plant-based lifestyle. For those with a sweet tooth, the store crafts the Sweet & Grazey, which features an abundance of desserts like chocolates and baked goods paired with sweet dips to accent the flavors.

The store also offers specialty boards, like the Game Day Board packed with a variety of premium meats, cheeses, breads and spreads that are ideal for watch parties and tailgating events, and the Brunch Board that complements morning meetings with breakfast meats, fresh fruits, eggs, pastries and more.

“We truly offer something for everyone,” said Cox. “We’re proud to serve an amazing variety of grazing options made with farm-fresh produce and high-quality meats and cheeses that give our clients an exceptional experience every time.”

The charcuterie offerings at Graze Craze are available in different size options, from Char-Cutie-Cups and Picnic Boxes for nibbling to sharing-size boards with enough fresh food to feed a party. The food displays are ideal for family gatherings, large events and more.

Graze Craze Corona is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Sunday and Monday by appointment.
