Gift Bar Has Filed For a Location in Ladd’s Addition

According to a recent permit filing, Gift Bar has filed to open in Ladd’s Addition at 1935 SE Hawthorne Boulevard.

A representative of Gift Bar was not able to provide additional information upon What Now Portland’s request at this time.

While an official opening date and what Gift Bar plans to offer have yet to be confirmed, according to the permit, Gift Bar was filed under Volsung LLC.

Bizapedia states that Volsung LLC was filed on March 22nd, 2024. Listed on the business and permit filings is Brittany Kuechler.

Gift Bar has regular operating hours and outdoor operating hours listed on the permit filing. Regular operating hours are listed to be Wednesday through Sunday. Wednesday and Thursday will be open from 4 PM to 11 PM, Friday from 4 PM to 12 AM, Saturday from 12 PM to 12 AM, and Sunday from 12 PM to 11 PM.

The outdoor operating hours include the same days, with food and alcohol service listed as options. Wednesday through Friday will be open from 4 PM to 10 PM with Saturday and Sunday being open from 12 PM to 10 PM.

When doing a quick search on the property, according to Google, Todo currently resides at the same address listed on the permit filing. Todo’s company website does not state that it is currently closed.
