According to SF Eater , the restaurateur behind Aurora Centro, Dario Barbone , is renaming and relocating the concept.

Coming to 302 Valencia Street in San Francisco’s Mission District, Studio Centro will land near establishments such as Bar Part Time, Four Barrel Coffee, and the vegan eatery Shizen.

“The restaurant will still serve Barbone’s popular sandwiches, but it’ll have a “tapas bistro” feel, with space for 50 in the dining, mezzanine, and lounge areas. The menu is still in development, however,” the Journal reports.

“I really need a neighborhood,” he said. “There’s a lot of people that live, work, and shop in Valencia. I am hopeful,” Barbone shares.

Studio Centro is slated to open in November. Stay tuned for updates.
