According to a recent permit filing, Round Table Pizza will undergo a change of ownership in Federal Way at 34410 16th Avenue S Suite 101.

A representative of Round Table Pizza was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Seattle’s request.

While an official date for the change of ownership and what that will mean for the Federal Way Round Table location, according to the permit, Grewal Ventures LLC has filed for the assumption. Amritveer Grewal and Navreet Grewal are listed on the permit.

According to Round Table’s website , “In 1959, Bill Larson opened the first Round Table Pizza in Menlo Park, California. He envisioned a gathering place where you could “share a little pizza with someone you love.” Bill believed in using gold-standard ingredients and time-honored recipes to boldly bake hand-crafted pizza worth sharing.”

“Today, we pay homage to Bill’s vision by continuing to use only superior ingredients in our pizzas, along with many of his original recipes. At the same time, we are refreshing our brand look – from the logo to the store design itself – to better reflect the extraordinary pizza we bake, and the dreams of our founder.”

“Round Table has a storied history, with decades of memories made within our walls. Our new restaurant design acknowledges all that came before, while boldly stepping into the present – providing a contemporary dining experience for friends and family to enjoy today and tomorrow.”

“This isn’t the Round Table from the year 1250, or 1959, or 1985. It’s a reimagined space that combines medieval with modernity.”
