Paris Hilton is facing criticism once again over her parenting choices, this time related to boat safety. The socialite and mother of two recently shared a TikTok video featuring her son, Phoenix, exploring a catamaran. In the clip, Phoenix is seen walking across mesh netting above the water and moving around the boat without wearing a life vest.

While the video appeared harmless to some, it sparked concern among other parents who felt that Phoenix should have been wearing a flotation device. Critics quickly voiced their worries, reminding Paris that accidents can happen and urging her to prioritize her child's safety.

In response, Paris defended her actions on Thursday, acknowledging that while she appreciates advice, she and her husband, Carter Reum, were closely supervising Phoenix the entire time. She emphasized that the boat was large enough that Phoenix was never near the edge, suggesting that their son was never in danger.

This isn't the first time Paris has faced backlash for her parenting decisions. Earlier in May, she was called out for putting her son's life jacket on backward, a mistake many new mothers have made. Despite the ongoing criticism, Paris is standing firm, confident in her parenting choices.
