I did not feel very good about my visit to Boot Glove!

Boot Glove is a shoe store located at 3428 1/2 E 3rd St, Los Angeles, CA 90063, United States.

To be honest, I did not like the experience in this place at all; I felt that the employees did not know anything about customer service, they were rude and unfriendly. On several occasions, I asked for attention in the place, and nobody attended to me, isn't that supposed to be why they are paid ?; With those attitudes and no desire to work, Boot Glove will lose all customers in the blink of an eye.

I left the shoe store unattended and felt completely ignored; I'm not going back to this store until inconsiderate and inattentive staff are changed. I recommend that the owner be more strict in terms of customer service standards.

This shoe store is open from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
