In Light Building Material they are not very professional

They do a terrible service at this hardware store. At first, some guidelines were clarified so that both parties could agree to the contract, but those same guidelines were forgotten once the money was canceled.

They are people who do not enjoy their work and therefore are not delicate or careful with things. They lack professionalism, respect for the other, and empathy.

On one occasion, my father requested an appointment. After it was assigned, he couldn't contact the number that the hardware store serves, so they canceled his appointment without prior notice.

In summary, we were very disappointed in this place, and we will not buy here again.
