The ready-to-eat chicken breast nugget and tender products may be contaminated with foreign materials, specifically metal, according to the USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS). The recall was initiated after consumers contacted the manufacturer with complaints of metal wire embedded in the products. The recalled products were shipped to retailers nationwide and also sold online.
