The city of Haverhill has spent the last 20-years overbuilding on every square corner of land. Apartment/ condos/high rise buildings taller than trees, are being shunted into old-growth, smaller, streets. Overbuilding makes for crowded streets, parking troubles, and more crime. Historical districts are to restrict overcrowding in an effort to preserve history in its natural setting. Haverhill will skirt the law for the more money. (Wait till you see what they will do to Pentucket bank, and the PMA parking…!). Since MA law requires a percentage of the each apartment’s be allocated for Section-8 housing…builders are happy charging you $5k a month, and billing the State equally for each Welfare recipient—and now also, Illegal Aliens. The Democratic State is fine with Taxing the workers, and giving money hand-over-fist to those that do not work. Liberal Democrats just don’t get it. They keep doing what they’re doing— so that’s why we keep getting what we’re getting. 🤦‍♀️
