Exciting things in store for 2024 Italian Heritage Festival

WHEELING, W.Va. (WTRF) — The Italian Festival, known for its great vendors, entertainment and rich family history, has a few new things instore for this year’s celebration.

Following the 40-year tradition the event will include a veterans’ ceremony, Sunday mass, and a spread of delicious food.

This year, you’ll want to stick around after mass because everyone is invited to a traditional Italian meal catered to by Undo’s.

“To make something special, Undo’s is back. We are going to offer your traditional Sunday Italian dinner with spaghetti and meatballs, salad and bread, you might even want to drink a little bit of wine if you want to.”

“This year the Saint Joseph Society of the Wheeling Charleston Diocese is going to be available on hand to pass our rosaries and we do a community rosary before the mass.”

Festivities begin on Friday the 26 ^th and go through to Sunday the 28 ^th . Friday and Saturday will go from 11am to 11pm and Sunday will go from 10am to 6pm.
