ROANOKE,W.Va. (WTRF) – Bryan Myers of Wheeling defended his 2023 title, winning the Championship Bracket at the West
Virginia Senior Amateur Championship, conducted by the West Virginia Golf Association (WVGA), at Stonewall Resort. Myers won his title over Bob Clark, also of Wheeling, in 21 holes.

In the Senior Championship Bracket, Bart Willis of Logan defeated Bill Boyle of Vienna 3 and 2.
Highlights of the three-day event included a total of seven birdies for Myers, five for Clark and two for Willis.

“We’re pleased to congratulate Bryan Myers on his repeat win and Bart Willis on his first title,” said Stonewall’s Head Golf Professional Mike Rogers. “Not only did they beat their competition over three days, but they also won over the weather and the course.”

“We join Mike in congratulating Bryan and Bart on their wins,” said WVGA Executive Director Chris Slack. “We’d like to thank Mike Rogers and his staff at Stonewall Resort for hosting this event.”
