Kalkreuth Roofing presents $50,000 check to Easterseals

WHEELING, W.Va. (WTRF) — One special organization received a very generous donation on Friday from a long-time partner.

Kalkreuth Roofing and Sheet Metal donated $50,000 on Friday to Easterseals. The two organizations have been partners for several years and continue to support one another year after year.

The donation came during the annual Kalkreuth Vendor Invitational, part of their amateur golf championship that Easterseals sponsors each year.

Both organizations say seeing the relationship grow year after year is something they will always be grateful for.

”We have vendors helping, we have local people helping, we have local people wanting to get involved in some fashion. So, we have local business partners as well. So, they understand that Easterseals fills a huge void in the need for children with disabilities.”

On Saturday and Sunday, the Kalkreuth Amateur Golf Championship will take place with 272 golfers competing.
