West Virginia man sentenced to prison for soliciting a minor online

WHEELING, W.Va. (WTRF) — A Wheeling man was sentenced to prison on Wednesday for soliciting a minor via computer.

Brandon Robbins, 38, was sentenced to serve 2-10 years in prison.

Robbins had pled guilty to the charges and was placed on house arrest, but officials say that was revoked when he violated the conditions of confinement.

Officials say he is to report to jail on Sunday, August 4.
