Backyard Brawl TBT Edition: Zoo Crew Advances to Play Best Virginia
The Backyard Brawl is making an appearance in TBT. Zoo Crew, Pitt’s alumni team, defeated Million $ Worth of Game to advance to the second round where they’ll match up with Best Virginia, WVU’s alumni team. Chartiers Valley’s varsity football team will open its season with a nonconference Week Zero matchup at neighborhood rival South Fayette on Aug. 23. Nonconference games at West Allegheny and Indiana will follow in Weeks 1 and 2 before the home opener against Baldwin on Sept. 13. Hampton will visit for a nonconference game Sept. 20.

WVU Football fall camp preview: Quarterbacks
It's about that time again, which is crazy because it feels like just yesterday I was writing the spring camp previews. Back then, football preparation was taking a backseat to the pending basketball coaching search. This time around, fall camp will be in the spotlight of the WVU sports world. Today we start the position-by-position preview for preseason camp. The Mountaineers went 9-4 last season, including beating up on UNC in a bowl game that ended with Neal Brown being covered in mayonnaise. West Virginia football enters the 2024 season with significant wind in its sails, so fall camp should be particularly interesting to watch next month. At this current time, there is no media access schedule.
2026 TE McCutchan set for West Virginia visit after offer
