That is a lot of freedom flying around. It's not every day that you see a bald eagle, and it's even more rare to encounter a whole flock of them. Are they called a flock? An aerie? An army? Part of this is because eagles are not a breed of bird that often flock together. These majestic birds of prey often live, hunt, and fly in breeding pairs and will even stay monogamous for several years. In the breeding season, the pair will care for their young through the first phase of life, however sometimes in extreme weather, eagles will flock to communal roosts for safety in numbers, primarily through a harsh winter. However, for this lucky truck full of people, they witnessed a massive flock of bald eagles. A social media user uploaded a video from deep in the woods as they were off-roading and saw two bald eagles. As the truck approached, the two eagles flew away from the food they appeared to be pecking at; out of nowhere, a group of bald eagles flew out of the woods. It's a beautiful sight to see that many bald eagles together. The people in the truck are in awe of the moment, and you can hear what sounds like a young kid react in amazement.
"Holy cow." It's stunning to see so many eagles in one place, their expansive wings gliding through the wooded area. Social media users got creative in the comments section, leading to highly entertaining phrases. Check out a few of my favorites. "A flock of bald eagles should be called A Freedom of Eagles."
"Must be discussing the new tax laws." "You interrupted something for sure." "They’re not endangered…they’re just all in this spot." "Convention of the states." "The one rule about fight club, you never talk about fight club." "Found the ending to National Treasure 4." "We get a freedom meeting between bald eagles before GTA 6."

WOW! We have a family of hawks living on the roof of our building. It’s wonderful to see them float and soar in the sky.
