Bobcat On A Leash Spotted Chilling In An Idaho Driveway

What in the back country is this?

You have to be a special kind of wild to want to have a murder kitty at your house, leashed up or no leash, no matter how tame you think it is. I mean, think about it… your average house cats have plenty of fight, are amazing hunters, and can throw down with the best of ’em, even though they’re domesticated and “friendly.” You take a wild cat species, even if bred in captivity, and those wild cat instincts don’t just disappear.

Bobcats are no exception to that and they are trained killers. These medium wild cats are skilled hunters that sneak around the wild in North America hunting mainly small mammals and birds. These beasts have enough fight to take down a full grown deer though, despite only weighing in at a max of 35 pounds.

These beasts are a force to be reckoned with but clearly these folks in McCall, Idaho, have it all figured out.

A bobcat is seen with a harness leash on just hangout in someone’s driveway as if it were any ol’ front porch dog. Just casually watching the cars go by…

Needless to say, these folks driving by were stunned, and I don’t blame them…. I wouldn’t want that thing getting off the leash and coming into my yard.
