Keith Urban Served BBQ At Buc-ee’s Before His Pop-Up Show In Alabama

Knew he wouldn't be able to resist that beaver's meat. Keith Urban took to Facebook on Friday to announce a surprise pop-up show...in the parking lot of a Buc-ee's in Athens, Alabama. Keith is gearing up to release his next album, HIGH, in September. He's already released a few songs from the new record, including "GO HOME W U" featuring Lainey Wilson, as well as his latest single "HEART LIKE A HOMETOWN" which dropped earlier this month. And despite the short notice, it looks like quite the crowd still turned out, with an estimated 5,500 people packing the parking lot. https://twitter.com/spann/status/1824635171540185363 Now, if you've never been to Buc-ee's, you probably don't get what all the hype about the chain of stores is about. I mean, it's just a gas station, right? But once you step foot inside one of their massive stores, you're greeted with everything from walls of candy and beef jerky to fresh barbeque and fudge - and more beaver-branded merch than you could ever need. Not to mention, they also have the cleanest public bathrooms you'll ever use. When I wrote about the show, I said that Keith probably chose the location because he wanted some brisket before the show. And as it turns out, I was right.
