Did an NFL team really make such an egregious mistake? Walk into any locker room at really any competitive level and you'll see inspirational quotes and messaging plastered all over the walls. Whether it be a high school basketball locker room, or a pro level football team, for some reason there's a need for extra motivation to be displayed anywhere and everywhere. And thanks to retired football player JJ Watt, we got an inside look of what the weight room of the Houston Texans - his former team - looks like. The picture has fueled, "Will Watt un-retire?" questions and speculation, but in reality, Watt probably just needed a place to work out. Earlier in the week, he also posted a picture of a bench press in the Pittsburgh Steelers training facility. So it seems as though Watt is just going on some kind of "workout tour," and he's getting to pump some iron in some of the country's state-of-the-art weight rooms. I mean, just take a look at the Houston Texans' setup: https://twitter.com/JJWatt/status/1826367977467642346 No... I mean
really take a look at it. This is like one of those puzzle pictures you used to get where you had to spot what's wrong. There's a serious mistake or example of oversight somewhere in the photo above, and to give you a hint... I was just talking about stuff being plastered on the walls. One eagle-eyed social media user spotted the issue and kindly brought to the light the question that needed to be asked: https://twitter.com/Mr_AlbieShore/status/1826378117763793165 Direct your attention to the back wall of the picture. Notice that the words around the SWARM acronym that's up on the wall in big bold letters don't exactly spell out SWARM... they actually spell out SWERM. Maybe that's why they put the big Texans logo on the A to try and coverup their mistake. Just so it's spelled out for the reader's sake, the Texans think: -Special -Work -Ethic -Relentless -Mindset spells out SWARM, but it really comes to together to form the acronym SWERM! So close to "swarm," yet so far away... Apparently, the SWARM acronym was something that Texans head coach DeMeco Ryans cooked up during his time with the San Francisco 49ers, where he eventually became the defensive coordinator. He then brought that mentality to Houston when he was given the head coaching job. I guess there is supposed to be an
" AND" in there... maybe they should've put that on the wall too. https://twitter.com/J_Hil7796/status/1826384506280182033 During training camp in San Fran, he would give out daily SWARM Awards to players demonstrating the SWARM mindset. https://twitter.com/mattbarrows/status/1564353315151810561 And when he was first introduced to Houston, he brought the SWARM with him. https://twitter.com/AroundTheNFL/status/1620547527903969281
