Jelly Roll Stops By Tennessee Titans Locker Room, Duets “Save Me” With DT T’Vondre Sweat

Dreams do come true. At least they do for T'Vondre Sweat. The Tennessee Titans defensive tackle has been waiting for months to meet Jelly Roll , and today, that dream has come true. "I love country music. No, I want to (meet Jelly Roll) so bad, and I just seen he's a Titans Fan... Jelly Roll sees this; I want to meet him." Mr. Roll is a massive Titans fan, often tuning into podcasts and other various sports coverage platforms, so he must have seen Sweat saying he hoped to meet him one day. While I am sure other factors led him to make this locker room appearance, Jelly Roll ensured that Sweat's dreams and expectations were exceeded and invited Sweat up to the front to sing with him. Sweat requested his favorite Jelly Roll song, "Save Me," and Jelly invited him down to the front to sing it with him. "Come sing it with me, big dog." Sweat sings alongside Jelly Roll throughout the song, but rather softly. During a few sections, Jelly Roll lets Sweat finish a few lines, and Sweat delivers the correct lyrics, but let's just say there is a reason he's a football player and not a singer. The whole time, Sweat's teammates laughed with him and cheered him on when he got the confidence to lean into the performance a little more.
