Best drive that stadium's seen all season. The Colorado Buffaloes have had a rough start in coach Deion Sanders' second season. Quarterback Shedeur Sanders and his team struggled to beat FCS North Dakota State in their season opener at home, then went on the road and got destroyed by Nebraska after talking all kinds of shit before the game. https://twitter.com/On3sports/status/1834238435713847424 And despite the fact that the Buffaloes don't play until this Saturday when they travel to Colorado State, there was still some action at Folsom Field on the campus of Colorado University Boulder today. According to Denver7, a hit and run driver was fleeing the scene of a crash when he smashed through the gates at Colorado's football stadium and drove his truck straight onto the field. Video posted to Twitter shows how the bizarre incident started: https://twitter.com/user52106417/status/1834410921965265253 And photos from the wild scene show the wrecked truck at the 40-yard line while a shirtless man stands beside it. https://twitter.com/CFBKings/status/1834417763755892766 The CU Boulder police issued an emergency alert at around 7:20 PM local time warning the community of a "heavy police presence" around the stadium. A few minutes later, the Boulder Police Department said that the suspect was in custody and there is no danger to the public. https://twitter.com/boulderpolice/status/1834408494797365498 Kinda like Colorado's offense: No danger to anyone.
