    Well, that's some clever clipping. I love an excellent out-of-context clip, and this one takes the cake for one of the best I've seen lately. Lainey Wilson is a hilarious character outside of her clever music. From referring to her behind as a "turd cutter" to sharing with fans that she hopes she
    does not get engaged on holiday (and ladies, if you're anything like me, you get that), she is as authentic as they come. But with that level of authenticity combined with some giggle-worthy Southern phrases, sometimes folks might have to do a double-take to understand the point you're attempting to get across. Recently, Wilson sat down with Country Heat Weekly with Kelly Sutton and Amber Anderson and talked about everything related to her most recent project, Whirlwind . Given that Wilson has a cheeky track on the record called "Ring Finger," and she is in a serious relationship with former NFL player Devlin (Duck) Hodges, the two co-hosts were curious about her dream engagement ring. But, the podcast editors cleverly cropped the clip to test the episode, leaving out the question and Wilson's answer... Well, let's just say it does not sound like she is talking about a ring.
    "I don't care what shape it is, but I want to be walkin' with a limp. I want to have to pick my arm up like this." As Wilson lifts her heavy arm, Kelly Sutton chimes in on the conversation, adding: "If you can't see it from a mile away, it's not big enough." Now, where my mind went might say more about the dirty thoughts that swirl around in my brain, but after looking at the comments, the collective also agreed it did NOT sound like she was talking about a ring. If you're not catching on...Wilson seemingly was commenting on some bedroom bits. Wilson ends the hilarious conversation by warning Duck about how much dough he will have to take out for a ring. This last comment finally gives context that they are not referring to what it first seemed.
    "Duck's going, oh gosh, oh gosh...better go get you a loan, baby!"
    @heyyitsambera Promise this is a family friendly podcast y’all 😂🤭 Leave it to @Lainey Wilson to make us laugh like this! 🤣💍 #creatorsearchinsights #countryhats #countrytok #countrymusicfans #countryconcert ♬ original sound - amber | music•lifestyle•ship
    While the social media clip teasing the episode deserves an A+ for looping listeners in, when you fire up the full podcast episode, it's mapped out in the opening question that they are talking about a ring and ONLY a ring. "Diamonds come in all sorts of cuts. What shape rock do you someday want on your ring finger?"
    These producers deserve a raise for this edit. I nearly spit out my coffee this morning, thinking I was about to have a DAY writing about this quote from the "Whirlwind" singer. Check out some of the hilarious comments left on the misleading clip. "Did not think she was talking about a wedding ring." "Took me until the loan part. She was talking about a ring, lol." "Oh, a ring!" "LORD, my brain went straight to the gutter." "Took me listening a second time around to realize they were talking about a ring." "Has anyone sent this to Duck yet?" "WHAT ARE WE TALKING ABOUT HERE." "It's not the size of the ring, it's how it's used...or something like that."
    "Wasn't sure where this was headed at first." Fire up the full podcast episode while you're here.
