Another not great look here for the Rice family... Rashee Rice has had himself a run of both really good things and really bad things this year. For the good, he quickly became the number one target for the feared (if currently underperforming) Kansas City Chiefs offense and racked up 288 yards and two touchdowns in the first three games he played this year. For the bad, he might have torn his ACL in the last game, potentially putting him on the sidelines for the entire season. Oh yeah, there was also that whole street racing car accident that hospitalized four people a few months ago, but much like the NFL, I guess we'll just sweep that under the rug for the time being. Well, there's some more news coming out of the Rice family world today and it's not great. Allegedly, Rashee's mom was caught on a doorbell camera swiping a package from her neighbor's front door.
TMZ reports that it was Chappell Roan records that were swiped. The video shows that at around 6:39pm CT on September 29th, Marsha Kearney, wearing a custom "Momma-Rice" jersey, walked past the door, looked at the camera, and then tried to move off to the side, out of frame. Then she drug the package across the floor with her foot before picking it up and walking away, all the while holding a red solo cup in her hand. Check out the video here: https://twitter.com/NFL_Memes/status/1841639509089296598?t=GxTAZG-fnNEq3ecz29v0iw&s=19 TMZ was told the person who had the package stolen tried to work it out with Kearney and the apartment complex but so far nothing has been done and they still don't have the two limited-edition Chappell Roan vinyls they ordered. A really bad look to a family that already has a lot on their plate. Let's hope this gets sorted out and everyone goes on about their lives with less thievery.
