Wyatt Flores Gives Fans One Last Single, “Little Town,” Ahead Of Debut Album Release

Wyatt Flores is gifting fans with one more new single before the release of his debut album, Welcome To The Plains. The Oklahoma native released two singles previously, "Don't Wanna Say Goodnight" and "Oh Susannah," which are a testament to the talent this young artist has, and his latest track, "Little Town," is no different. Over the weekend, Flores shared a live performance of the song from Los Angeles' The Fonda Theatre to his YouTube channel, and the comments section quickly filled up with fans already hyped about the tracklist. Flores says got the idea for writing this song when watching a Disney classic, Cars. “I was watching 'Cars' with my band one night, and I started thinking about how small towns bring simple joys and small problems. "And now I’m holding on After everyone else is moving on I’ve never felt the need to go seek higher ground As long as I’ve got you I’ll stick around This little town" The line in the chorus about everyone else moving on hits hard because if you grew up in a small town, you know there is sometimes a lonely feeling when all your friends move away, and you choose to stay. However, as Flores details, when you have someone worth staying in the town for, you have everything you need and don't feel like you are missing out. Flores is raw and vulnerable with the emotions he sings about in this new single, connecting deeply among his fans.
