How long have you been at City Light? Since June 2017. Tell us about your role: I provide on-site technical advice and help commercial customers, making sure their electrical service installations are set up properly and efficiently. I explain and apply regulations for these installations and guide customers on service size, equipment arrangement, connection points, and service routes. I also advise on energy conservation and available resources. I initiate service installation orders, inspect installations to ensure they meet all codes and requirements, and resolve any electrical service issues by coordinating with other staff when necessary.
