Young offenders in Baltimore face court; victim questions what could have prevented attack
BALTIMORE (WBFF) — More than six months after being attacked and robbed, a Baltimore woman testified as two young offenders faced the criminal justice system Tuesday. Julie, who is only using her first name and not showing her face on camera to protect her identity, was attacked near her Butcher’s Hill home in early November 2023. Two juveniles, a 12-year-old and 14-year-old, were charged. Tuesday, they appeared in a juvenile courtroom in Baltimore City.
