Nashville police tracked down a man accused of fatally striking a man crossing the street in a motorized wheelchair by following scratches left in the road by a broken brake caliper. Sterling L. The United States women's national soccer team is headed back to Nashville. The USWNT will host Iceland at Geodis Park on Oct. 27 (4:30 p.m. CT) in its second match following the Paris Olympics. More than $475k in merchandise stolen from storage unit
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - A woman was arrested over the weekend after being linked to multiple storage unit thefts at a facility in Goodlettsville dating back to March. According to the arrest affidavit, a man visited his storage unit at 719 Rivergate Parkway on May 9 and discovered someone had changed the lock to the unit. Once he gained entry, he said his property was missing, the affidavit states.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Vanderbilt men’s tennis has earned the ITA All-Academic Team award, as the Intercollegiate Tennis Association announced on Monday. Additionally, seven Commodore student-athletes were named ITA Scholar-Athletes. Overall, 1,059 Division I student-athletes were named an ITA Scholar-Athlete and 176 programs were awarded the All-Academic Team distinction.
