ROSE TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WJRT) - A Detroit man drowned on Saturday while swimming in Rose Township. According to the Oakland County Sheriff's Office, 20-year-old Marsalis Quintin Carter jumped off the side of a pontoon boat Saturday morning in Taylor Lake and did not resurface.
