Multiple injuries reported in 3 vehicle wreck in Tyler
TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - Multiple people have been reported injured in a 3 vehicle wreck near Highway 31 in Tyler. According to authorities on the scene, EMS crews were called to a 3 vehicle wreck on Highway 31 and Surrey Trial early Thursday afternoon. Officials say at least one of the victims was rescued from their vehicle in a nearby ditch and three people have been transported to a hospital for treatment.

Tyler City Council makes moves to help city repair from storm damage
On Wednesday, Tyler City Council approved two requests to help the city further recover and clean up after the storms. A third-party firm will now help the city apply for FEMA assistance that will go toward storm damage. Another company will be helping the city remove and dispose of about 9,000 cubic yards of debris as well as provide other emergency debris-related services.
The Wilcox building in downtown Tyler transformed into apartments
The historic Wilcox building sat abandoned and deteriorating for decades, creating an eyesore for passersby downtown. Today, it has been redeveloped into 31 luxury apartments. "This is an entryway to downtown and what do people see? They see this building," City of Tyler Mayor Don Warren said. "This is a big start for the rest of the revitalization of downtown."
