I have a friend from Eugene, I know it’s bad homeless wise, drugs are rampant .. let alone a migrant issue… Seriously, act crazy. Act a bit off hinged. Talk out loud.Get an NRA sticker ….. Always be vigilant and take self defense if you can. I lived next door to people that broke into my home 2 days after my dad died there, people are sick !!! So act crazy, get a gun and stand your ground. Act like their not there when you walk past them.
