SAGINAW TWP, MI — A Saginaw Township man is in jail after his political fervor allegedly got the better of him in the form of threatening yard signs. About 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 27, a contracted worker for Sears in the parking lot of Fashion Square Mall noticed several political signs posted near the curb at the intersection of Tittabawassee and Bay roads, near the former Sears building, said Saginaw Township Police Detective Sgt. Chad Brooks. The worker removed the unlawfully placed signs and set them next to an electrical box for their owners to claim them, Brooks said.
