Decatur Christmas parade details announced

DECATUR, Ala. ( WHNT ) — The City of Decatur has released details surrounding this years Christmas parade.

According to city officials, the Christmas parade is set to take place on Monday, December 2 at 6 p.m.

Officials said that the parade line will began on Grant Street. More information is set to be released regarding the location.

Prices for registration fees can be found below:

• Float Registration – $150
• Banner Sponsorships – $200
• Non- Profit Floats – $50

Anyone interested must register by Friday, November 15 and all registration fees are non-refundable. A registration form can be filled out here.

Payments for registration can be accepted here.

A secondary rain date for the parade will be on Monday, December 9, if needed.
