Dave’s Hot Chicken, Bath & Body Works headed to The Shoppes of Madison

MADISON, Ala. (WHNT) — SRS Real Estate Partners announced two new tenants coming to The Shoppes of Madison.

On Tuesday, SRS Birmingham announced two new shops will make their way to The Shoppes of Madison: Bath & Body Works and Dave’s Hot Chicken!

Bath & Body Works will take up 4,120 square feet next to the Dollar Tree and Dave’s Hot Chicken will take up 2,100 square feet at the end of the building near U.S. Highway 72.

The Shoppes of Madison has the following stores/dining options: Target, Ross Dress for Less, Petco and Ulta with new additions Bath & Body Works, Dave’s Hot Chicken and Nautical Bowls.

With these two new tenants, The Shoppes of Madison has only one available space remaining.
