FLORENCE, Ala. ( WHNT ) — Lillie Cunningham of Florence, has hit a major milestone in her life. Thursday, she will turn 110 years old.

“I feel like I always do, people think I’m crazy, but I don’t have no personal feeling or nothing, it’s just like another day to me,” Cunningham said.

Lillie’s family and friends had an early birthday celebration for her over the weekend. Lillie told News 19 that she has been blessed the past 110 years of her life.

“I sat there and listened to people talk about how much they care for me and this that and the other so I just really enjoyed it,” Cunningham said.

Being 110 has not stopped her from doing her favorite things like cooking and doing puzzles all on her own.

“I just get up and cook what I got, and that’s it, and then I have this book of puzzles where I just find the answers and then cross them out,” Cunningham said.

Lillie told News 19 that she would be spending her birthday reading her bible and relaxing.
