DU experiencing more technical issues with main phone number

DECATUR, Ala. ( WHNT ) — Decatur Utilities said it is experiencing more issues with its main number and has provided a backup number for Wednesday.

Around 8:12 a.m., Decatur Utilities said its main number, 256-552-1400, was experiencing technical issues.

To combat this, DU provided an alternative backup number that can be used to access a menu of options including phone bill payment, the employee directory and reporting service interruptions.

This backup number is only to be used until the regular number is back up and running.

DU’s backup number is: 256-306-6185.
