HUNTSVILLE, Ala. ( WHNT ) — The world’s largest bounce park, FUNBOX, welcomes jumpers of all ages to explore 25,000 square feet of inflated family fun.

“What kid doesn’t like a bounce house?” said owner Mustafa Saleemi, “It’s big, it’s colorful, they can run around and let loose and land on a soft cushion.”

After rain delayed opening weekend, the bounce park is open Monday through Friday this week and every weekend until Nov. 3 at Toyota Field.

Mustafa said Funbox opened the bounce park in response to parents looking for ways to get their kids outside.

“Parents love it because they can enjoy themselves, but their favorite reason is definitely that it’s the only thing they can find that will tire their kids out,” he said.

The park has 10 different inflated play zones with different themes. From obstacle courses to slides to ball games and climbing walls, Mustafa said there’s plenty of space to keep everyone occupied. The park even has a snow cone machine.

“It’s, you know, the same bounce house you love at home but it’s the biggest version you’ll ever see,” he said, “it’s better than ever.”

Saleemi said FUNBOX looks to build community both inside and outside the park by supporting local children’s charities. A portion of ticket profits support AGAPE, a Huntsville-based nonprofit that helps kids in foster care.

“This upcoming weekend, they’re going to be doing a dollar per purchase going towards our organization,” said Ashley, a service worker with AGAPE. “He also offered free tickets to all our families.”

Visitors can buy tickets online for $18 or at the gate for $22.
