Albertville man charged with rape

ALBERTVILLE, Ala. ( WHNT ) — The Albertville Police Department arrested and charged a man with a September 30 rape, the department announced Thursday.

According to APD, Juan Gutierrez-Ralios is charged with first-degree rape after the department was called Burns Street when a female child ran to a neighboring home and asked for the police to be called, saying she had been sexually assaulted.

After an interview with the victim and evidence found at the scene, APD arrested Gutierrez-Ralios.

He was taken to the Marshall County Jail where he is being held without bond pending an Aniah’s Law hearing.
