    Marshall County Sheriff’s Office collecting items for Hurricane Helene victims

    MARSHALL COUNTY, Ala. ( WHNT ) — The Marshall County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO), is collecting donations for Hurricane Helene victims in North Carolina.

    According to MCSO, the list of items needed for families include coats, toboggins, gloves, socks ,and blankets. All sizes are needed from babies to adults.

    Anyone who like to donate items can drop them off in the front lobby of the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office.

    Donations are being accepted until Friday, October 18.

    Any kind of winter donations will also be accepted for victims and families.

    The items will be delivered to North Carolina on Saturday, October 19.
