City State Bank Norwalk Fieldhouse is open for business

NORWALK, Iowa — The City State Bank Norwalk Fieldhouse finished construction earlier this year and is now available to the public.

The 41,000-square-foot facility has four multisport courts, a track, and other amenities.

The courts are available to rent and can be used by purchasing a day pass or membership.

Shauneica Lane, the Recreation and Aquatic Supervisor for the City of Norwalk’s Parks and Recreation Department, said the fieldhouse is already booked out for months.

“With the facility just opening up to memberships here in the month of August we just wanted to see how things go with that and we’ve started doing our rentals from the months of October through March. And as of now, we are fully booked out for weekend rentals from October through March,” Lane said.
