My first thought would be you have a love for children. Unfortunately Teachers and Paraprofessional's through out Hampton Roads are gravely under paid. More and more you have districts losing staff DUE TO NON-SUPPORT in many areas.

Maybe if they open it to civilians or the ones that couldn't get accepted into the military because of a disability then they wouldn't have the issues. Military families have their choice of any job, why would they choose childcare? Why would they choose to work weekends and holidays when they can get a job that pays better and won't make you work weekends or holidays.
