Out west they house Native Americans in little storage shed compounds, all are circled around under an arc light and the chiefs larger unit. They have electricity but they aren’t finished tiny homes.On the high plains of Wyoming the wind howls and the snow piles up in winter and they endure Isn’t this good enough for the eastern homeless as well? Shelter is shelter Easy and cheap to produce and a good skill source for non violent offenders that should be able to work towards release instead of watching tv
