Are they really targeting the kids who need the program most? I would think the son of a man who went to college and is a member of the fraternity would be a role model and mentor to his son. This would open a spot in the program for a young man who may have a greater need for a mentor. Perhaps a youngster who doesn't have a successful man in his life or a family member who went to college and could help him work towards it. It can be overwhelming to go it alone.
