They reduced two lane Red Lion Road from the Blvd to Comly road for a bike lane. During the well over 50 times that I traveled that road during warm daylight hours I never saw a single bicycle on the bike lane. Wonder if sugar tax Kenny was responsible for it

But at the same time bikers, daily, invent ways to put runners/walkers/ drivers at risk by their reckless pedaling.
