The victim was reported missing last November and was found during a traffic stop several days later northwest of Houston. The car was registered to Chretien’s grandmother.

Wichita Falls Police said multiple law enforcement agencies coordinated an investigation to determine what happened while she was missing.

The girl was reported missing after being last seen in the 1100 block of Harlan Street.

Chretien’s bonds total $600,000. At last check, he was not booked into the Wichita County jail. The Wichita Falls Police Department files the complaints.
