Snag a juicy slice of life at Watermelon Day

WICHITA FALLS ( KFDX/KJTL ) — Wichita Falls Farmer’s Market has partnered with Wichita Falls FFA and Booster Club to bring you a slice of life at this year’s Watermelon Festival at the Market.

Watermelon Fest will be Saturday, July 27, 2024, from 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 807 Austin St.

Free watermelon slices will be served from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. or until they run out.

Vendors will showcase everything from watermelon sourdough to watermelon bath essentials, jellies, drinks, cookies and more.

The Rush Spring Watermelon Queen will be in attendance from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Any donations will go to Wichita Falls FFA and Booster Club but can also be made online .
