WICHITA FALLS ( KFDX/KJTL ) — It was a packed house inside D.L. Ligon Coliseum as the Chamber of Commerce hosted its 2024 Leaderfest.

At the largest leadership experience in North Texas, several guest speakers, including President and CEO of the Wichita Falls Chamber of Commerce Ron Kitchens , took the stage, sharing their personal leadership journeys and motivational tools to help listeners excel in life.

One guest speaker, Carla Sones, President of Consultant Connect and leadership coach, shared tools for maintaining a peaceful and comfortable work environment.
