Two new businesses to open at Bradley Fair — one this week and one later this year

Two new businesses are coming to Bradley Fair at 21st and Rock Road.

One, the previously announced LaserAway , opens Wednesday.

The other, a studio called SweatHouz that offers infrared sauna and cold plunge experiences, is opening later this year.

SweatHouz, also known as SWTHZ, will open east of Cocoa Dolce.

“For us at SweatHouz, expanding into Wichita is an exciting milestone,” said company founder and CEO Jamie Weeks in an e-mailed news release.

“We believe in the transformative power of hot and cold therapy, and we are eager to contribute to the wellness journey of Wichita residents.”

The release also said the sauna and cold plunge can appeal to anyone wanting to have a regular self-care routine or anyone looking for some relaxation or rejuvenation.

The private experience also comes with a vitamin-C infused shower.

LaserAway, a Beverly Hills-based chain, offers what it calls aesthetic dermatology. That includes aesthetic treatments, such as injectables, skin rejuvenation and body contouring, and laser hair removal.
